I moved to Duluth from Minneapolis last fall and am so happy I found Julie. I've had her cut and lowlight/highlight my hair 3 times with a haircut. I have longish, fine blonde hair. She does an amazing job. I saw her last week and have received a lot of compliments on my color including from another stylist/owner in Duluth. Julie is also a really fun person and I enjoy my time in her salon chatting with her and other customers. It's a nice relaxed atmosphere. Her prices are also very reasonable.
